Post #2 Developing a personal brand - A personal mission statement

After pondering on what I wanted my mission statement to say I broke it down to what my passions include and what I want my efforts to be put towards when it comes to my career. 

From the experiences that I've had and from observing the people around me and the world, I have decided to dedicate my time and my skills towards improving the lives of those around me. Whether that is for people who haven't been given the same opportunities as others or educating and bringing awareness to the situations that others may be going through. 

With that, my statement is below: 

Through the application of my interaction design abilities and diverse background, I would like to aid in cultivating an all-encompassing environment by helping the less fortunate.
